Mr. Dinuka Perera

Mr. Dinuka Perera is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Finance and Supply Chain of Millennium IT ESP which operates in Sri Lanka, Singapore, Dubai and Bangladesh as a complete IT solutions provider in SAARC, ASEAN and Middle East Regions. He is a Fellow Member of CASL, CIMA UK and CMA Sri Lanka. He has completed his MBA at Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayawardenepura. Before joiningMIT ESP, he has previously held the positions of General Manager - Finance atAkzo Nobel Paints in Sri Lanka & Maldives and Senior Manager - Assurance and Advisory Business Services at Ernst & Young Sri Lanka and Guam, USA.Apart from heading the Finance and Supply Chain functions of Millennium IT ESP, Mr. Dinuka Perera holds Non-Executive Director positions at Mercantile Investments PLC, Infoseek (Pvt) Limited and MIT ESP Trading LLC in Dubai. He is also the Chairman of Mercantile Investments PLC while being the Chairman of Audit Committee and Related Part Transaction Committee of Mercantile Investments PLC.
